As the owner of Inter Capital Holding company I work as a contractor for Shell
Information Technology International (SITI) through a consultancy agency.
As a GIT Project Leader within Shell, I am responsible for the following
activities within a Hand over Team that consists of eight members. The hand
over team is responsible for delivering all Shell network World Wide according
to the GID standard (Windows 2000 major roll out project). Those activities
are:
· Preparing and scheduling site surveys
· Examine, investigate, advise and integrate network(s)
· Implementing several network changes in order to prepare the (current)
network for the hand over to SAG (SAG is a department within SITI who manage
all GID network world wide)
· Advising and making planning with the client and several Shell and non Shell
entities
· Maintaining the progresses as a Project leader and responsible for leading
up the team
· Responsible for the progress and the financial reports

For above activities the project leader should have an extensive skill and
experience in both technical and management. Currently I am doing the
following countries:
· West Malaysia
· East Malaysia
· Gabon (also visited)
· Austria
· ButaGas in France

Note: GID and GIT are Shell term used by department to define the product (GID
= Group Infrastructure Desktop; GIT = Group Infrastructure Telecom) using a
wide range of defined functionalities and procedures.


October 2000 – April 2001
MEX-IT B.V.

Joined at April 2000 MEX-IT B.V. as a Business Partner. MEX-IT is active as a
Recruitment and Intercultural Management bureau. I was responsible for
building and managing together with a business partner the recruitment branch.
As two managers, we succeeded to recruit more then 50 candidates for
appropriate companies and build procedures to recruit and manage the branch
within the company.


September 2000 - Mars 2001
NOKIA Netherlands – Leidschendam (through a consultancy agency – Sennac
B.V.)

Design, install, monitor and troubleshoot GPRS (General Packets Radio
Services) network within several sites (Nokia’s customers). GPRS is an IP
platform, which is used, to permit sending/using IP packets trough GSM
networks. Perform as IP specialist within the GPRS team. Support and consult
the customer with design issues and migration(s) form circuit to packets
switched network. Those activities are precursor for the 3G (the third
generation). The following activities give an overview:
- Design dial-in concept
- Designing a Roaming concept
- Implanting and testing WAP facilities
- Configuring Cisco boxes
- Doing research to several performance mechanisms
- Testing VPN connectivity’s
- Testing the tangent plane with Radio and IP section

CMG (Holland)

Joined at August 1998 CMG Trade, Transport & Industry B.V., division
Advanced Technology as an Infrastructure Specialist.

September 1999 – Augustus 2000
KLM Information Services SCHIPHOL-RIJK

Design, install and maintain LAN/WAN installations and migrations from flat
Token Ring to fully switched Ether/Fast Ethernet/Gigabit Ethernet. Also
install, configure and manage Cisco routers, switches as well as
non-intelligent devices.
Troubleshoot monitor and proactively manage 150+ node Frame Relay network with
multiple service providers including KPN telecom and SITA. Perform monitoring,
documenting performance and errors across heterogeneous networks as well as
capacity planning for both local and remote sites. Perform as 3rd line support
team member for all networking issues world wide in KLM, Amsterdam. Coordinate
with 3rd parties when outsourcing is necessary.


August 1999 – September 1999
Pathé Theater Rotterdam
Install and maintain Windows NT server 4.0 on Compaq machines for Pathé
Theater Netherlands. Those servers are the backbone of the network attached
with Cisco Access Routers. Design a dial-in concept for the partners of Pathé
Theater Netherlands; the dial-in is meant to provide access to Pathé Theater
Netherlands for maintaining and upgrading the releases.

KLM SCHIPHOL-RIJK

Design dial-in concept for KLM information Services (KIC). The concept is
designed for the management and for the control organization of KLM. The
solution forms a part of the Corporate Remote Access project, a project that
allows to dial-in world wide at KLM. The Capital Investment (CI) document of
the Dial-in concept describes the technical details.
Making a Bunker network infrastructure concept. This network provides a
sufficient network ports for the present-days and the comer KLM’s systems and
projects. This network is a combination of an ATM and a Gigabit networks witch
connected with the Central Facility LAN (CFL), CFL is the KLM corporate
backbone. This network is build with Cisco Catalyst Switches.

Doing research about prioritizing and queuing the SNA packets. Several
meetings are organized with Cisco to discuses the possibilities for the
Enterprise Highway (EH) to implement a solution to prevent the starvation of
the packets in particularly the SNA packets. EH is an international network
that connecting KLM sites worldwide with the KLM backbone at Schiphol-Rijk.


August 1998 – May 1999
CMG TRADE, TRANSPORT & INDUSTRY B.V., DIVISION ADVANCED
TECHNOLOGY

CFA ROTTERDAM

Administer, coordinate and maintain office CMG LAN infrastructure including
all layers 2/3 equipment, 3Com switches. Administer, coordinate and maintain
multi-departmental LANS(s). Perform routine maintains and administration of
local network and telephone devices.
Perform as single point of contact for all IT issues.

Troubleshoot, monitor and manage access to CMG network at Rotterdam. Install,
administrate and maintain office services/clients including NT and Unix.
Supports and implements soft- and hardware for the CMG infrastructure. The
support included the daily back up and maintenance on NT-based servers.
Besides the administration of the infrastructure is the first and second line
support help desk for the users of CMG Rotterdam an important activity. The
problems on the first and second line are related to the usage of Microsoft
95, Office ’97 with macros designed for CMG to produce standard documents,
usage of printers and telephones. Other activities: Operating the access
control system of the buildings belonging to CMG Rotterdam.

PHILIPS BUSINES COMMUNICAION BV

A PC-Based-PBX system investigated. An American Telecom product that consists
of all standard facilities of a traditional PBX. Particularly investigated the
integration of Voice Mail, Auto Attendant, ACD group and the integration of
the Internet within the PC-Based-PBX. The investigation is meant as a basic
document for the management of the company in order to obtain a technical view
about the system and how to integrate that system into or with existed and new
Phillips applications. At the same time a demo application is developed for
